    • Walk-up Situations: If our team needs to climb multiple floors without the aid of an elevator, this can extend the time and effort required for removal.
    • Parking & Access Issues: If streets are narrow or there are obstructions such as construction or parking restrictions, it may hinder direct truck access. This could mean our team has to transport items over a longer distance to the truck.
    • Elevator Access Difficulties: Smaller elevators, sharing a single elevator with other tenants, or having to transfer items between multiple elevators can complicate the removal process.

    • Demolition Work: Some items might be too big to be removed as they are and might need to be broken down. This could be furniture that needs to be dismantled or items that need cutting to fit through exits or elevators.

Labor Intensiveness: Some jobs require more than just lifting and loading. If there’s extensive bagging, dismantling, or handling of heavily soiled areas, these tasks can add to the workload.

Our truck has an 18-yard capacity, measuring 12ft long x 8ft wide x 5ft tall. It is notably larger than the typical 15-yard trucks used by many competitors.

Volume-Based Charges: Our pricing model revolves around the volume of junk you need removed. This means the total space your items occupy in our truck directly determines your cost. Whether you have a full truckload or just 1/4 of it, our rates are tailored to the exact volume of your junk.

• House: A full truck load from a house is priced at $850.
• Apartments & Commercial: A full truck load from an apartment is $930.

• Inclusions: Our volume-based pricing not only accounts for the space taken up in our truck but also covers reasonable labor costs for removal and the subsequent disposal fees.
• Partial Loads: If your items don’t fill the truck to its capacity, you will be charged less. For instance, if you only fill half the truck, you won’t pay the full truckload price.
• Minimum Charges: While our pricing is volume-based, some minimum charges may apply based on the specifics of the job, ensuring a fair rate for smaller volume removals.

All-inclusive flat Charges:

• All-Inclusive: Our flat rate price encompasses everything – from labor and disposal fees to any additional costs. There are no surprises; what you’re quoted is what you’ll pay.
• Transparent Pricing: With us, there are no hidden fees or unexpected additions. Our commitment is to provide transparent and honest pricing for our customers.

Pay What You’re Quoted: Once we provide you with a quote, that’s the final amount. You won’t be charged anything extra, ensuring peace of mind and clarity in our transactions.
